Job Description-
- They are looking for a high-performing Sales Assistant to help meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
- The candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
- The ideal candidate should be motivated, well-organized individual who have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers, managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Responsibilities-
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence.
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding the needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Requirements and skills-
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or a related field.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Need to be able to work based on targets and must have the ability to handle pressure.
- Should be able to converse fluently in English
- Should be willing to travel frequently in their target region.
- Strong computer skills utilizing the Internet, email, and Microsoft Office Suite
