Job Description

They are looking for a Travel sales agent who can deal with passengers in English & Spanish related to the query of the flight reservations. The candidate should have the capability of good (both verbal & written) communication skills and interpersonal skills, to deal with the passengers related to their query of travels.

He/ She should be capable to do work in an environment with flexible shift timings. The role requires a strong understanding of key knowledge of the product (CRM) associated with the Travel Sales job profile.

Responsibilities of Sales Agent

 1. Help the clients related to their flight bookings based on their requirements.

2. Regularly maintain a good relationship with the customers.

3. Provide end to end service while organizing a trip for booking the flight tickets & creating the itinerary.

4. Provide all relevant and essential information to the client regarding their travel itinerary.

5. Negotiate any customization or modifications requested and accommodate to the best level possible.

6. Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.

7. Regularly update a database containing client details and their travel information.

8. Ensure this data is secured and handled appropriately. Reach the sales and revenue targets. Stay up to date on domestic and international travel trends.

Requirements of Sales Agent

 1. Excellent communication skills

2. Ability to take initiative and work independently

3 Good familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications.

4. Knowledge / experience in sales/industry.

5. Strong knowledge of industry standards.

 6. Confident and charismatic approach to people

7. Problem solving attitude.

8. Freshers are also welcome.

 9. Prior experience as a travel agent would be an added advantage.

10. Basic knowledge of travelling software and procedures.
