Methodology-
Step I- IFM FinCoach will share the Job Description / CTC and other relevant details & profile of the company with Management School, Degree Colleges, Universities and Institutes (as provided by Corporate). IFM FinCoach will do seminar, Pre-Placement Talk, Orientation on Job Profile/Role available & Career Progression in BFSI.

Those who will clear scrutiny, will be called in for Virtual / Online Interview by IFM FinCoach (First Level)
Step II- Post First level Interview, the data shall be shared with the Corporate for Final Interview.
Step III- The Select (post final interview) will be issued “Letter of Intent “LOI) by Corporate.
Step IV-
The select would undergo “Training” with IFM FinCoach on the for making them job ready (on their KRA/KPI/ Product/Certification/ Soft Skills / Sales Orientation).
The content / course outline will be provided by the bank, (besides the generic banking content i.e. course material by IFM will be deployed)
For YES–
Tenure of Training: 15 days: 75 hours + 3 hours per working day.
This training will be done in physical mode (In Class) at Mohali Campus of IFM FinCoach
For AXIS-
Tenure of Training: 10 days Online
40 hours + 4 hours per working day
Online – Virtual mode by IFM FinCoach
The Aspirants / Candidates undergoing training will be required to clear Internal Assessments & Final Assessment besides having 95% of the attendance.
Step V: On the completion of training, the aspirant will be provided Training Completion Certificate (Co-Branded IFM with Corporate) and will receive “Letter of Appointment” (LOA) thereafter & they are expected to join the company as per the guidelines/ TAT provided.
